cos i go excercise lo...go play badminton...long time no play le lo...
some1 is complain that i no booking court for her to play...
lastly i finally get the court for her...hehe...(geng le)
yesterday first time play, long time no play for few month....tired...muscle pain...haiz...
last few day happen alot of thing...dun1 tell you all what happen....i know then ok le...pass liao lo...forget it....throw it aways.... throw it far far aways....
few day be4, i go see doc...doc say i get high presure...WAO>>>> high presure??? me?? imposible... but the truth is i get high presure...serious?? no la...duno how to say...180/120...it this serious???
i aso duno le...now just eat the medic provide by the doc lo...see how 1st...try control lo...i dun1 so young get high pressure le....charm...haiz...
now need control my eating, my emotion, everything la...
relax all the time...hehe....dun think many thing...dun eat not heatly food....and etc.
